What Same Day Services are Available at RediCare?
RediCare is designed to meet all the same general medical needs of your family practitioner. While not intended to replace your family medicine doctor, our RediCare Clinic is intended to give you more options when it comes to immediate care for you and your loved ones.
- Cold or Flu symptoms
- Sore throat or ear infections
- Sinus Infections
- Fever, cough, or congestion
- Minor cuts, burns, or sprains
- Rashes, insect bites, or allergic reactions
- Urinary tract infections (UTIs)
Our medical team will be able to assist with the issues listed above and more.
For anything more serious, such as an allergic reaction, our team will refer you to our Emergency Department or recommend a referral to a specialist, if required.

RediCare is Schoolcraft Memorial Hospital’s convenient same-day appointment clinic, providing medical care when you need it most. RediCare serves patients who are unable to secure a timely appointment with their primary care provider.
Conveniently located within our Rural Health Clinics in Manistique, RediCare is staffed by a team of experienced practitioners and clinical staff dedicated to caring for you and your family.
Patients who walk in will be scheduled for a same-day appointment. To help minimize wait times, we encourage patients to call ahead or schedule an appointment in advance whenever possible.
What times can I visit the RediCare Same-Day Clinic?
Our RediCare Clinic provides patients with more flexibility and options when it comes to their health care. Patients are encouraged to call ahead to book an appointment.
Our Manistique hours of operation are:
- Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6 pm
- Saturday and Sunday, 8 am to 5 pm
On holidays, the RediCare clinic is open 9:00 am-2:00 pm.
