How Do I Prepare for My Telemedicine Appointment?
Before logging onto the HealtheLife Patient Portal, we ask that you take some time to prepare for your visit. If possible, please choose a quiet room for your visit, where you can speak with your provider with as much privacy as you desire, and with minimal interruptions.
Please check your internet connection to ensure you have stable reception for a smooth visit.
Please have the following items available, if possible:
- Scale: Weigh yourself (in clothes, no shoes) and have your result ready.
- Blood Pressure Cuff: Check your blood pressure and have both your reading and BP machine available.
- Thermometer: Measure your temperature and have the reading handy.
- Diabetes Supplies: If you are diabetic, have your blood sugar log and meter ready.
- Medications: Have your prescription medications in their original containers ready for review.
