Financial Oversight
Board members approve budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure the responsible stewardship of hospital resources.
Quality & Safety Assurance
They oversee clinical quality and patient safety standards, supporting ongoing performance improvement initiatives to ensure exceptional care.
Executive Leadership
The board is responsible for hiring, evaluating, and supporting the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), ensuring strong leadership across the organization.
Compliance & Risk Management
They ensure adherence to all legal, regulatory, and accreditation requirements—including critical standards such as HIPAA.
Medical Staff Credentialing
