Jessie Skog, AuD

Dr. Jessie Skog has been a practicing audiologist since 2015. She is a Yooper, born and raised in Norway, MI. She moved to Sault Ste. Marie in 2014 to complete her externship for school and took a position in the Sault. She completed her Bachelors of Science degree in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences from Northern Michigan University and graduated from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, MI as a Doctor of Audiology.

Dr. Skog opened Superior Audiology in January 2019 as it has been a long-time goal for her. Jessie loves working with patients of all ages and especially loves working with children. She developed a pediatric amplification protocol when completing her doctorate at Western and WMU still uses it today. She loves to spend time with her family, spending all her free time with her husband Dan and daughter Fiona. She also loves to travel and spend as much time as possible outside.
